Unused or duplicate conditions, smart fields, counterparties and contract types clutter your setup. Oro can now find them, let you uncheck what to keep, merge or delete the rest once you approve.

See which apps can access your Tomorro account in Settings > Security, including their permissions and workspaces. Revoke access anytime without signing out.

If your workspace runs on Mistral, Oro now uses Mistral Large 4, and so do reviews and extractions. The context window grows to 1M tokens, and reasoning only kicks in when a task asks for it, so everyday workflows stay just as fast.

Oro now lets you edit Tomorro contracts, apply direct or tracked changes, and review or comment on suggestions, then jump straight to each change.

Oro can now read and update the form of an existing contract: dates, durations, amounts, choices and custom fields.
Every update is shown on a confirmation card with the old and new values before it is saved. Before sending, Oro also tells you what is still missing on your side and on the counterparty's.

Oro now lets you cancel negotiations or signatures, terminate signed contracts, and manage internal participants, with confirmation before each action.

You can now ask Oro to create a contract for you. It asks the right questions, then prepares your draft.

You can now ask Oro to create smart fields for your contract types. Describe the information you need, and Oro sets up all the infos for you - less manual setup, more structured data.

Contracts rarely live alone: a framework agreement, its appendices, its application agreements... Contract bundles group them into a single file, so you can see the full picture, compare key terms across contracts and share everything in one go.
Oro can now turn a text drafted in the conversation into a Word document you can download directly from the Chat.
No more copying and pasting a draft into Word: you get a ready-to-use .docx in one click.

The Tomorro MCP server is no longer read-only. From your AI assistant, you can now create and update contracts, upload new versions, send signature requests, update counterparties and manage members, with the same scope as our public API.

Built-in roles don't always match how your team works.
Admins can now create custom roles, choose their permissions one by one and assign them to members, with the right license attached.

Review contracts in Oro without a matching playbook. Choose a quick or in-depth review, then accept, ignore, or request revisions to recommendations. Changes are tracked, progress is saved, and Oro summarizes your decisions when complete.

You can now export an audit to Excel from its detail page.
The file lists your contracts in rows and your extraction columns, ready to share with your team or reuse in your own reporting.

When you edit a contract type, it can be painful to apply all edits to the related contracts. You can now select several contracts in the repository and sync automations from the contract type. This re-run the naming, storage, participants, reminders and attach files from the type on the selected contracts.

Manage contract signatures in Chat: add or remove signatories, send once Oro checks the contract and you confirm, or sign it yourself. Oro flags anything missing.

Analyze dozens of contracts at once. Choose contracts and terms to extract; AI fills a table with answers, reasoning, and citations.

Identical files in the same import are now detected automatically.
All duplicated files won’t be imported into the repository.

Smart Import now finds the amendments in your import and links them to their original contract.
When the match is clear, the link is made automatically. Otherwise, you get a suggestion with a confidence score and the signals behind it (counterparty, file name, folder).

An amendment changes the deal, so the original contract should change too. Tomorro now carries the changes of each signed amendment over to the original contract, so its summary sheet always shows the terms that actually apply today, without any manual re-entry.

Dictate your message instead of typing, your voice is transcribed in real time and inserted directly into the input field.

When an approver or a signatory is away, contracts get stuck without anyone noticing. You can now declare your out-of-office period in Tomorro: your colleagues see that you are away, and contract owners are warned when a contract is waiting on you.

The members page now shows, in one list, who has access, what they can do, and how many licenses you have left.

You can now ask Oro about your workload from any page in Tomorro: pending signatures and approvals, assigned tasks, blocked reminders, upcoming deadlines and contracts under negotiation.

Writing a playbook from scratch is painful.
You can now generate a playbook in minutes from the contracts you've already signed, then refine it to match how your team actually works.

Import your existing contracts into Tomorro with Smart Import. AI extracts key information for you to review before publishing, so you can build a structured contract repository with less manual work.

No more waiting in the dark while Oro works on your request. A collapsible Reasoning panel now shows each step as it happens, such as searching contracts, reading documents or running a review, with short labels in your language.
The reasoning stays available when you reload the conversation, even if the answer was interrupted.

As an admin, open a member and go to Notifications to choose which emails they receive: contract activities, reminders: automatic reminders before a notice period starts, tasks planned.
The member can still change these choices in their own account settings.

As an admin, open a group and go to Access to review the folders and contract types shared with it.

Super admin is a standard role, locked like Admin, Manager, Contributor and Viewer.

No more building agents from a settings form. You can now create a custom agent just by describing what you need in the Chat, and Oro turns the conversation into a working agent. Tell Oro what you want, for example "create an agent that reviews NDAs against our playbook", and it walks you through the setup.

Oro now runs your playbook compliance review directly in the conversation and applies rephrasings on your Word documents directly in your browser. Just ask Oro to review your contract in the Chat, and it walks you through the check.

Drop a Word document into your conversation, or pick it from your files, and ask Oro to work on it. Oro applies tracked changes, margin comments and document-wide replacements, even on counterproposals that are already marked up.
Preview the redlined version in a side panel, then download it or open it in a new tab.

Exceptions and fallback positions from your playbook rules used to be visible only in the playbook editor. They now appear directly in your AI Review recommendations: fallbacks show up under the suggested rephrasing, and the "See why" detail highlights exceptions and fallbacks with a direct link to each rule.
You can also generate a comment for the counterparty again from a recommendation.

When Oro updates its memory during a conversation, the Chat now shows a dedicated block with a memory icon.
A "View full memory" link takes you straight to your AI settings, so you can check or adjust what Oro remembers.

No more starting from a blank page or juggling between screens. Oro now builds your playbooks with you, right in the conversation, in just a few minutes. Just ask Oro "create a playbook for an NDA" or "create my negotiation rules for a services agreement" and let it guide you through 4 steps.

You can now get started with Oro and upgrade entirely on your own. We've shipped a self-serve purchase flow, powered by a new credit-based pricing model, so you no longer need to wait on a call to move from trying Oro to using it every day.

The new Memorize tool captures your company's legal context, your preferences, and your writing style, so every interaction gets sharper over time, without you having to repeat yourself.

Every change is applied as tracked markup, so you stay in full control of what gets accepted. Your document's formatting is fully preserved: fonts, styles, and layout remain exactly as they were.

The Chat and Analysis tools can now handle documents up to 80+ pages, no more hitting a wall on longer contracts.
